Personalized items and undergarment items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

In the rare event that there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you promptly.

For clothing items and gown items, we strongly encourage you to ask pre-purchase questions or verify your size on the size chart PRIOR to placing an order to ensure a perfect fit. Alterations on gowns are priced separately by an independent seamstress.

If an order is placed and then cancelled prior to shipment, a 15% stock charge will be deducted from the refund or 100% of the sale can be retained for store credit only.
